This year’s prestigious CIJ Awards have been given out, with Herrys real estate agency winning for the ninth time now in the Best Local Real Estate Agency category. The award for the best residential upcomming development of the year went to Metropolis by Mint Investments, which is currently under construction.
In the 18th year of the CIJ Awards HERRYS real estate agency was confirmed as the market leader, scooping for the eighth time now the Best Local Real Estate Agency award. Yet another reason for the agency to celebrate is the award for the Best Residential Upcoming Development, which went to the Metropolis project, whose sale is covered exclusively by HERRYS.
The iconic M of the Metropolis project, from the workshop of the Prague developer Mint Investments, is already emerging on the skyline of Bratislava’s downtown. The two separate towers have already reached their 7th above-ground floor, out of a total of 18 floors, while construction work continues to progress.
