New Hviezdne Homes neighbourhood in the village of Hviezdoslavov will offer 22 building plots. The offer includes a house project with a valid building permit. The utilities are scheduled to get a use approval in the autumn and the first home owners can start building in the spring.
For years now, the supply of building plots around Bratislava has not been expanding substantially, and there are not many new zones that would offer the possibility for building your own home. The land development project in Hviezdoslavov entitled “Hviezdne Homes” brings to the location an unrivalled product – a building plot with all utilities included in the price.
The Hviezdne Homes gated community offers 22 building plots for the construction of family houses. In addition to full infrastructure in the form of utilities, another benefit is a valid building permit for specific bungalow projects. The sale of plots is represented by HERRYS real estate agency.
“Mark Twain’s statement: ‘Buy land, they’re not making it anymore.’ is doubly true in the case of a limited supply in a given location. Offers like this always find takers very quickly, as it is a great investment, both in terms of the final price and the product. At the current real estate prices, it means an ideal upgrade for young families who can have a plot of land and a house with a garden, a short distance from the capital city, all for the price of a 2-room apartment in Bratislava,” explains Filip Žoldák from Herrys real estate agency, which is covering the sale of plots in the Hviezdne Homes project.
Building plots start from 436 m2. The project will have fully built utilities – electricity, water, gas, sewerage, as well as access roads. The utilities and road are scheduled for use approval in December 2023.
“The developer has simplified the entire permitting process for buyers and adds a valid building permit to the land plot. We expect the plots to be handed over shortly after the use approval for utility networks at the end of the year, so that the future land owners can start building as early as in the spring,” added Filip Žoldák.
The village of Hviezdoslavov is located 20 km from Bratislava and offers comprehensive civic amenities, including a kindergarten, primary school, post office, grocery, restaurant, playground, family centre, several suburban transport options, and connection to the motorway.
