Choosing to provide your consent is voluntary and you are not obliged to grant it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, in writing to our correspondence address or by e-mail. Withdrawal of consent under Article 7(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of Consent.

Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to process your request, for a maximum of 90 days. After the expiry of this period or if you withdraw your consent, your data will be destroyed. However, if a contract has been entered into between you and us, personal data will continue to be processed, but no longer on the basis of the consent, but on the basis of the concluded contract. You have the right to: 

• access information on the extent to which your personal data are processed;
• request the correction of personal data if you find that they are incorrect or request the completion of incomplete data; 
• obtain your personal data you provided to us in a commonly used electronic format and transfer them to another entity if we process them by automated means;
• request a restriction on processing if you also dispute the accuracy of the personal data, if the processing is unlawful or no longer needed, but you need them to assert your claims;
• request the erasure of your Personal Data, if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained or processed, if you withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data, if the Personal Data have been processed unlawfully or if they must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation. Data will not be erased if their processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or to prove, assert or defend our legal claims;
• file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that your rights regarding personal data have been violated. The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.

No automated decision-making or profiling is used in the processing of personal data. Your personal data may be passed on to our contractual partner (real estate agent) for the purpose of processing the enquiry and, in the case of an enquiry about a project listed in the new-build section, your personal data may be passed on to our contractual partner (the developer of the new-build in which you have expressed an interest) for the purpose of processing the enquiry. Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
