Nový Ružinov

The unconventional residential park from the Laboratory of Architecture workshop was a great success in the first stage. The play elements were designed in a way that allows the youngest children to create their own world. The design of the second phase, again, envisages that the park will not just be a place for children, but for all age groups. A highly above-standard proportion of green areas close to nature will provide you an ideal home. 

The D4R7 communication will reorganise traffic that will turn the New Ružinov into a dead-end and a closed hub, where the traffic is only that of the project’s residents themselves. The architecture itself, the layout of the buildings and the created green areas are designed to eliminate the effects of any possible noise.

The already completed and fully built civic amenities within the first phase of the project are a great bonus.  There is a café, patisserie, wine shop or groceries and many other outlets available in the immediate vicinity that will make your life more comfortable. 

The project is intended for target groups that are very similar to one another. These may be young couples or families, similar age groups or people with similar interests, which predisposes them to use common and public grounds for meetings and creating an environment that will over the long term become a home for all.
