Prices for individual categories start at the following levels:

Studio apartments from €176,000
1.5-room apartments from €235,000
2-room apartments from €263,000
3-room apartments from €373,000

Financing

Choose your perfect apartment.
Sign the Reservation Agreement and pay the reservation fee of 5,000 EUR.
Sign the Future Purchase Agreement and pay the first installment of the purchase price, which is 20% of the purchase price, minus the reservation fee already paid.
Select the color options for floors, tiles, kitchen fittings, wardrobes, and other standard materials for the apartment.
Upon project completion, you will be asked to pay the second installment of the purchase price, which is 80% of the purchase price.
Sign the Purchase Agreement and the Proposal for the Registration of Ownership Rights.
We will hand over your new apartment, you just need to furnish it, and you can start living!
