The entrance hall leads to the living room connected to the kitchen, to the bedroom, from which there is an entrance to the bathroom. A separate toilet is located in the corridor, where there is also a washing machine. There is an entrance to the loggia from both living rooms.
The fourth tower of the SKY PARK project, designed by the renowned architectural studio Zaha Hadid Architects, was approved in 2024. This 31-story building offers 264 apartments with panoramic views of Bratislava. It is located near the historic center of the city, in an area with complete civic amenities, including shops, services, cafes and schools. It is surrounded by a large city park with well-maintained greenery, water features and spaces for sports and relaxation. Part of the project is also the reconstructed Jurkovič heating plant, which serves as a cultural and social center. The location offers excellent transport connections with other parts of the city, which makes it an attractive place for modern urban living.
