From the entrance hall, where there is a large wardrobe with a mirror, there is a separate toilet, then you enter the living room connected to the kitchen and dining area and the bedroom. Further in another hall there is an entrance to the bathroom and the children's room.
The ZWIRN location in the Ružinov district of Bratislava is a modern residential and administrative project being built on the site of the former Bratislava Black Iron Factory. This project, implemented by YIT Slovakia, seeks to preserve the historical character of the area while bringing new functions and modern housing. The name ZWIRN refers to the original name of the factory and symbolizes the connection between history and the future. The project includes more than 900 apartments in low-rise block construction, approximately 60 commercial spaces and almost 1,700 parking spaces. It also includes the renovation of the historic Pradiareň 1900 building, which is being transformed into modern office space. The surrounding area is designed as a pedestrian zone with inner blocks and squares that support community life and relaxation. ZWIRN is located near the center of Bratislava, which ensures excellent accessibility and attractiveness for both housing and business. The project is planned in several stages, with the completion of the last block expected in June 2025.
